10 things you have to do. (I don't care who you are)

So as we all waddle through life, we learn different things and believe in different philosophies and doctrines. There are, however, a few that I believe should apply to all- despite who you are, where you're from and what your father's last name is...

1. Brush your teeth
Everyday. At least once. Some people may believe they are exempt from this taxing chore, but I'm here for the masses: Brush. Your. Teeth. It's not even about bad breath.  Just do it.

2. Be kind
Have a good spirit. A kind one, almost a warm one. Being a good person doesn't mean you're opening up yourself to being walked on. Nobody likes an unfriendly soul. It's not as intriguing and mysterious as may you imagine.

3. Shave your legs
Ladies.

4. Listen
Nobody likes a Mr Know It All, even if you are one. Listen to other people because taking over every conversation you get involved in is annoying, put simply.

5. Learn
Read. Study. Anything, it doesn't need to be quantum physics. Contrary to popular belief, ignorance is not bliss.

6. Have an opinion
Your own opinion. Developed by you and not influenced by what others think is wrong or right.

7. Trust your instinct
(But don't always obey your thirst.)

8. Love yourself first
This is not to be confused with: hurt people, be selfish or any other thing you may think means you're loving yourself first.

9. Enjoy
Who you are. What you have. Where you are.

10. Wake up
Literally. Despite accumulating plaque and crusty eyes, there isn't much you can achieve by being asleep all day. Sorry to break it to you.

:)
